Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER CONDUCT OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Service Trade from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

13. Termination
